What’s the minimum order amount?

The minimum quantity would depend on the fabric, the colors and the designs. So it could potentially be 10 sweatshirts to tens of thousands of t-shirts. Please contact us for your inquiries and we will be happy to assist you.

Which countries do you ship to?

Ruii currently operates in Canada only, but we will be happy to connect you with our parent company that ships all over the world.

Do you accept returns?

All sales will be final, and the terms and conditions will be discussed before the order is accepted. That being said, if there are issues from our end and the product delivered is faulty, we would be happy to assist you.
