Shipment processing time

  

Before you place the order, a tentative timeline will be provided to you depending on the type of fabric, print/embroidery and customizations. All orders will typically be delivered to your doorstep before 45 days. Any unfortunate delays will be communicated to you beforehand. 

 

Please note that during the weekends and holiday seasons shipments may be delayed. After your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Should that confirmation have any incorrect information please contact us at ruii.international@gmail.com.

 

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

 

After placing your order with us you will receive an email confirmation with your order number and when you should expect the package to arrive. If you have any questions about the order please feel free to email us at ruii.international@gmail.com for more information. 

 

 

Customs and Duties

The timeline provided to you will take in consideration the time that the Canadian Border Service officers hold the products with them. However, sometimes delays can be expected and it will be communicated to you as well.

  

 

Damages

 

Ruii takes special care of every order throughout the manufacturing process. Your final product has gone through fabric inspection twice, CMT inspection and another final inspection during the packaging stage. Should your order arrive damaged or broken then please take several photos of the broken item with its container and email them to ruii.international@gmail.com.
